Services
- Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a written proposal.
- Search and advertising platforms control their own results and policies; we do not guarantee specific rankings, placements or AI citations.
- Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information and materials they supply, and for holding any licences their advertising requires.
Ownership
On full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them, including website code and content. Third-party software, fonts and platforms remain subject to their own licences.
Payments
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the platforms unless agreed otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
