Refund Policy

Monthly retainers (SEO, AI search, ads management)

Retainers can be cancelled with the notice period stated in your agreement. Fees for work already performed in the current month are not refundable.

Website and software projects

Projects are billed in milestones. Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled, we invoice work completed up to the cancellation date and refund any unused advance payment.

Advertising spend

Ad budgets paid to Google, Meta or LinkedIn are governed by those platforms’ own refund rules.

How to request a refund

Email hello@infiniotech.com with your invoice number and reason. We respond within five working days.
